Welcome to our website (the “Site”) which contains a link to download our iOS app (the “App”). Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the Site Survivalist.ai or the App Survivalist.ai (both or either referred to as “us”, “we”, or “our”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Site or App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Site or use our App.
2. User- and AI- Generated Content
Our Survivalist.ai App allows users to query (the “Input”) the Artificial Intelligence (“AI”). The AI generates content (the “Output”) based on the user’s Input. This conversation is stored on the user’s device.
3. Accuracy
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is a rapidly evolving field and we are constantly working to improve our service to make them more accurate, reliable and safe. Given the probabilistic nature of AI, the Output may not always be accurate or true.
You should not solely rely on Output from our service as truth or factual information, or as a substitute for professional advice.
You should evaluate the Output for accuracy and appropriateness for your use case.
You must not use any Output relating to a person for any purpose that could have a legal or material impact on that person.
Our services may provide incomplete, incorrect or offensive Output that does not represent Survivalist.ai’s views. If the Output references any product or service, it doesn’t mean the product or service endorses or is affiliated with Survivalist.ai.
3. Intellectual Property
You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit on the App.
4. Prohibited Actions
You may not use the Site or App to post, display, or transmit any material that infringes upon any third party’s intellectual property rights, violates any laws, or promotes harmful or illegal activities.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
6. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Survivalist.ai and its developer Peldritch LLC and its officers, employees, members or shareholders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site or App.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, and the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Site or App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Site.
